Turn HubSpot records into customer intelligence

HubSpot holds the account history. Customer calls, product activity, and support threads hold the reasons. Poth connects the two so an answer can show both what happened and the evidence that explains it.

What Poth reads from HubSpot

Poth's HubSpot connector imports the records available to the authorized account, including contacts, companies, deals, tickets, and activity. Those records become account context for analysis instead of another isolated dashboard.

Coverage boundary: Available records depend on the authorizing HubSpot account and granted scopes. Poth does not bypass provider permissions, and the connector should not be described as an unrestricted or real-time mirror.

Questions you can investigate

  • Which objections appear most often in deals that close lost?
  • What are high-value accounts asking for before renewal?
  • Which onboarding problems show up in tickets before an account stalls?
  • Where does the CRM reason disagree with what the customer said on the call?

These are example questions, not claims about a customer result.

Join CRM context to the evidence behind it

A deal stage or churn reason is useful context, not proof. Poth can connect HubSpot's account and deal records to authorized conversations, support evidence, billing context, and product activity. The resulting answer can include cited-source cards with supporting excerpts, so a team can inspect the evidence instead of trusting a field label.

How the connection works

A company admin authorizes HubSpot through the provider sign-in flow. Poth imports the records the account and granted scopes can access, stores them as a durable source, and supports more than one connected HubSpot account.

Poth preserves source identity so an answer can expose its cited evidence, retrieval context, and uncertainty instead of flattening the source into an unattributed summary.

Ask the question across your own data

Connect a supported source, then inspect the cited evidence and retrieval context behind Poth's answer.
